Create a help command for pymrgeo if running via command line. The process:

Install pymrgeo: "pip install pymrgeo" To a new user, they may enter in the command line "pymrgeo" and hit enter. The output could be something like: PyMrGeo version 1.0.0 Date created: 3/6/2017 How this API functions... How it's integrated with the rest of MrGeo.
