MGCP TRD 4.5.1 SWT (Natural Pool Type) Attribute - "Unknown" values changed to "Spring"

Describe the bug SWT values for Natural Pool Points are not preserved. These values are lost with Hootenanny import or export and can be duplicated in JOSM. SWT="Unknown" changed to SWT="Spring"

To Reproduce See Screenshots below

Expected behavior Preserve SWT attribution. Analysts should determine values. "Unknown" values while not desirable, are allowable.
