double mouse cursor in FF

while editing features mouse cursor is a pan hand, arrow combo. Then a arrow, editor triangle combo, then a editor triangle, index finger pointer combo, sometimes an editor triangle, slider bar combo. One lags behind the other so its hard to know where you're really pointing in order to edit.

After doing some testing, this appears to be a Firefox version issue. The current master and develop branches are both working on Chrome, but I'm unable to pan the map in Firefox v38.6.1.

Going to update Firefox to the most current version and see if this is still an issue

This is confirmed working properly in Firefox v50.0.1. Map can be panned, data can be conflated, and map can still be panned once the conflated dataset is added

Going to put this ticket back in the backlog until the version of Firefox can be updated and reverified by folks on site.
