Display AOI for all conflicts

Visually display the AOI for a conflation output with all conflicts within iD.

When the conflation job is complete, give the user an overview of the quality of the conflation and zoom/pan around to get a quick feel. Also provides overview of where conflation was completed on specific features.

Similar to #4, but is for all conflation (new, removed features, etc.) not just reviews.

Putting on hold following the conclusion of post-conflation statistics being displayed in the UI, which may fulfill this requirement. This also may be fulfilled by viewing the completed dataset, with the initial dataset colors compared against the color (green) of the conflated dataset.
