Add a visual of the map as you make changes to the map create page

Add a visual of the map that is on the same page as the map creation page so that you can see the kind of map you will get when you make changes to the map create page -- this is so that you can preview map with the choices that you made while filling out the form.

When building a map and adding layers, there should be some visual view to see when layers were added and are working. This will make it easier for the admins/supervisors that are adding layers to verify layers are added and work.
