Brainstorm a process to georectify the imported cap images. Right now the images are sometimes not in the right place. We need to fix.

I would like to participate in this discussion. We previously had a CAP imagery routine using Google Earth Enterprise and found that rubber sheeting images (jpg) to the base imagery the most user friendly though most time consuming to produce. Once built, the dynamic KML link made up of photo overlays served very efficiently.
