Add New data set from FEMA
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) launched a new data visualization tool that enables users to see when and where disaster declarations have occurred across the country. As hurricane season kicks off, the tool helps provide important information about the history of hurricanes and other disasters in their communities and what residents can do to prepare.
I would like to see if we can add this data as a feed to GeoQ. http://links.govdelivery.com:80/track?type=click&enid=ZWFzPTEmbWFpbGluZ2lkPTIwMTUwNjExLjQ1ODk5OTAxJm1lc3NhZ2VpZD1NREItUFJELUJVTC0yMDE1MDYxMS40NTg5OTkwMSZkYXRhYmFzZWlkPTEwMDEmc2VyaWFsPTE3NDgzNDc3JmVtYWlsaWQ9am9obi5wZXJyeUBlbWVyLWdpcy5jb20mdXNlcmlkPWpvaG4ucGVycnlAZW1lci1naXMuY29tJmZsPSZleHRyYT1NdWx0aXZhcmlhdGVJZD0mJiY=&&&100&&&http://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USDHSFEMA/bulletins/1092264> .
The API info is here: http://www.fema.gov/developer-resources
It appears that some of the information is available in KML,KMZ,WMS:
http://www.fema.gov/data-feeds
Will try some of these out
Also found this:

Would be interesting to have a page that essentially allows a user to pick one or more of these layers on a page and automatically creates configuration on system
