Feature Request: Add Tile Layer options for Tile Layers

It would be very useful to expose Leaflet tile layer options for tile layers.

It would allow users to set maxZoom and maxNativeZoom parameters for raster tile layers, as well as switch tile sizes and tms settings for non-standard tile caches.

We have discussed exposing some specific options for different layers, but that's probably a ways down the road at the moment. Though I think especially for defining zoom levels this would be a nice addition
