Optimize standard GeoJSON for Tasks/Jobs layers to include grid color

Workcell Layers in the "Tasks/Jobs in this Project" section are displaying grid cells as red only. The appropriate grid cell color of each workcell needs to display correctly in this layer representing work in progress (red, yellow, green etc).
