Create metric view

Would like to be able to show an individual their own statistics or and admin the statistics of individuals or a group to see if someone's or group is getting more efficient over time, this could be shown as a timeline. THis could also have the ability to report on Projects or Jobs to show how long the work is taking or estimate how long it will take until the job is complete.

Should have metrics organized by time spent in the system, along with numbers of accepted work pieces. Try to show the amount of work accomplished and time saved. Goal is to demonstrate a quantitative amount of efficiency when using the system.

I started looking at a statsd / graphite architecture as that would be very lightweight on the GeoQ application side (with all the potential database transactions we could have when the system is being heavily used, thought this could be a consideration). Will see if I can get a quick prototype running
