Ability to create new job based on existing Job

When a user creates a new job, they should be able to optionally select a previous job to use the exact same AOIs.

I think this is now doable by copying and pasting workcell information from one job cell to another when it's being created. If this approach is good, we might add a - Duplicate Job button, or have other screens where one can copy/paste the workcell info from.

Also, any job can save a Shapefile of the workcells which also holds priorities and other information, then create a new job (in an HTML5 browser) by dragging that Shapefile in.
