GeoQ: Need ability to record feeds

News feed are streamed over the damaged areas. We need a way to record these feeds for playback to do damage assessments.

This actually could tie-in to another project I worked for a number of years. In that system, we were monitoring the audio track of a news feed and doing phonetic and transcript recognition so that we could quickly jump to significant portions of the broadcast. Maybe something we can talk about for the future.
