ngAfterContentInit's order

According to angular's documentation, ngAfterContentInit should be called before ngAfterViewInit.

But at the latest version of meta-data (4.0.1), ngAfterContentInit is always called after ngAfterViewInit.

That issue makes angular newbie like me confused :)
