Warnings in Web UI and docs for interacting with data past a certain size

It's currently difficult to upload data via the Web UI and generate CAR files using ipfs-car if it's larger than a certain size. We should put warnings in the right places (and potentially enforce a limit in the Web UI).

Note: Web UI alertss on size shoudl be mirrored in the large file uploader electron app

Exploratory work in https://github.com/nftstorage/nft.storage-tools/issues/4 will help inform what these warnings should be

Warning in browser should be generic (depends on your browser's memory limits, your machine, etc.)

@yusefnapora FYI - we have this old issue that is basically asking for the same thing we discussed earlier (warnings about large data in the right places, and a link to NFT Up) - so will assign you to this one
