Cannot upload/pin files anymore

hello you all! in the last few weeks, we've been unable to use your npm package as API to upload/pin files. the error we receive is: FetchError: request to https://api.nft.storage/upload/ failed, reason: read ECONNRESET

we updated also to the latest version available on npm, but still no luck. can you please investigate the issue, and let us know what's going on?
