Ensure unauthenticated user hitting authenticated route redirects to login screen

Some links in docs (eg instructions on pinning service request https://nft.storage/docs/how-to/pinning-service/#requesting-access ) point users to authenticated routes (eg /manage). However, when unauthenticated user lands on an authenticated route, they are not directed to login screen (but should be).

Navigating to https://nft.storage/manage/ page while unauthenticated results in infinite loading spinner.
Desired effect is for site to redirect to login, then ideally back to /manage page post login.

Acceptance criteria: Unauthenticated user loads https://nft.storage/manage/ or https://nft.storage/files/ and is redirected to the login screen.
