VS crashes when the Pi IP address changes

@joaozorro reported in #32 that the extension crashes VS when the Raspberry Pi's IP address changes.

It will also crash if the IP is the same but the credentials change and the wrong default is checked (or wrong credentials are chosen vs [DEFALUT] in "Raspberry Debug Settings"). See example with two different SD cards added for same Pi with static address. Both will debug correctly if properly selected to match the successful "Add".
