Would love to see built-in support for assets hosted on CDN.

Add a yaml cf template

Lambda users know that tmp is the only writable directory. convertTo should accept an output directory argument so that we can use a subdirectory of /tmp if needed.

I would like to choose whether or not my source file is deleted.

Add a FilterStrategy that simply highlights text in yellow/chosen colour

It would be great if one could choose a filter strategy that does not remove or obfuscate data in a document but simply highlights it.
