`load_pfr_advstats()` does rather a poor job of describing what it actually loads

This is probably a good example of magical behavior.

We need to be far more precise what summary_level actually does. Even I didn't understand without looking at the code.

We should add hyperlinks to the corresponding tables on pfr for all argument permutations.
