Now i have some advice for Genomic Analysis Using ADAM, Spark and Deep Learning to the people who want to reproduce the test using the newer version tools:

@car2008 -- thanks for the pull request. One thing -- when I look at what's changed in Github, it looks like every line has changed (even though they haven't). Is it possible you've changed the line endings on the files before committing them (from unix to DOS)? Perhaps you could run dos2unix on the files.
