Im using winbond W25Q16BVSIG chip and have been trying to flash the chip but I cant get it working. I dont know how to play around with the SPCR setting in the .ino. please teach me how

Are you able to program the Arduino? What serial settings are you using there? You can use -d as a parameter to the client to set the port there.
