How to install as wallpaper in Android?

The description of the latest release says this is possible, but it seems many users can't figure out how to actually do it. (Android 7)

On Android 4.4.4 it was listed as a Live Wallpaper when you went to the place to change the wallpaper in the phone's settings. Does this still work on Android 7?

Works for me on Android 8.1. Open your device's Settings app and go to Display > Wallpapers > Live Wallpapers > Particle Flow.

I have Oppo F9 Pro running on Android 8 (Oreo). While trying for the same, I installed some live wallpaper related app from Play Store, and in that I could see the option to select this one..
