Description of the bug

STAR 2.7.11b --- 2024/01/24 ::: Minor in one parameter. Latest Replaced --quantTranscriptomeBan parameter with --quantTranscriptomeSAMoutput

This breaks the rnaseq workflow since it is missing the renamed parameter.
