DateTimePicker on safari browser

Describe the bug

I'm working on DateTimePicker, everything is working fine on chrome and firefox. But couldn't able to run it on safari. In Sarafi, in some places when I changed the date and time, only the date is getting changed and not the time. And in some places, the initial value in the input field is not showing up. I also tried to change the date format, still not working.
