Hello, I was wondering whether you made this work in Unity? I added all dlls but I am receiving:

Assembly 'Assets/ble.net-uwp.dll' will not be loaded due to errors:
Unable to resolve reference 'Windows.Foundation.UniversalApiContract'. Is the assembly missing or incompatible with the current platform?
Reference validation can be disabled in the Plugin Inspector.

I switched my project to UWP in Unity and added the bl-uwp, bl.net and nexus.
