error: failed to parse lock file at: /home/yuan/.nexus/network-api/clients/cli/Cargo.lock

Caused by: lock file version 4 requires -Znext-lockfile-bump

I solved it by reinstalling rust curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh
