Accessibility: Empty link in HeroUIProCallout component

The HeroUIProCallout component includes a NextLink element that contains no accessible text or label. This is an “Empty link” violation under WCAG 2.4.4.

As a result, screen readers cannot determine the link’s purpose. Users relying on assistive technology hear a meaningless or silent link, making navigation confusing.
