[BUG][Mobile] H-Scroll blocked until the navbar toggler is pressed

Describe the bug

Horizontal scrolling is blocked on all my pages until I press the toggle button on the navbar. If I open and close the menu, I can scroll again.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Go to those following links:
  • https://next-ui-toggler-bug-demo.vercel.app
  • https://next-ui-toggler-bug-demo.vercel.app/patch-notes
  1. Try to scroll vertically
  2. Open and close the navbar menu
  3. Try to scroll vertically again

Expected behavior

The horizontal scroll shouldn't be blocked on page enter.

When I make the "disableAnimation" prop true, it locks the scroll. It releases when the toggle button is pressed once. I don't want to use animation. I'm waiting for it to be fixed.

Same here on desktop. <NavbarContainer disableAnimation> builds fine, but causes the vertical scroll to not work until I open the menu or devtools.
