UX: Run button should be higher up to make running more intuitive

@emmahodcroft noticed earlier that the run button was quite far down when one added the example sequences - the run button moves as you add files. And I just noticed this, too when I checked out Nextclade from my new M1 Mac ;)

Maybe we can either add files on the left/right so that the run button stays in view, or move the run button somewhere else so that running does not require scrolling.

This was the default view I got when I navigated to Nextclade:

Maybe we can add the sequences to the dropdown field to compress the view, or move it to 2-column layout?

I don't know how to organize this better.

Appreciate if you can send a few sketches of how you imagine it (a piece of paper, a pencil and phone camera should work good enough).

I'm not entirely sure either - I've just noticed that the current layout could be improved. I'll think about it. And sketch something once I have a suggestion.
