ENH: Match nuc and aa mutations in mutation summary tooltip

In the mutation summary tooltip, we currently show nuc and aa mutations as separate lists. It would be nice to match them up.

Like this

Instead they could be matched up:

C1234G - ORF1a:K567R
T5678A - synonymous
...

Tricky:

• what if more than 1 mutation per codon
• indels cause shift of coordinate system -> need to be accounted for
