ENH: Add reversion and labeled mutation count columns

It could be more useful to list reversion and labeled mutation counts rather than total nuc substitutions as a column.

This would be a good place to add descriptive text to a tooltip, in the column header.

Rather than displaying nuc mutation count, one could display the estimated mutation count from #699
