Allow error logs to be generated and submitted at a click of a button to help with debugging

It may help bug fixing if we generate informative error logs that users can share by clicking a button.

Users could optionally submit the sequences in question as well if they agree. That way it's still privacy first with opt-in.

We could also automatically collect a lot of the standard questions (browser, os etc).

Logs would be submitted to a private site with access to maintainers only. The log could be referenced by ID in a Github issue to link the two together.
