ENH: Show gene names and maybe more info in tooltip on hover in entropy panel

The mpox genemap is very dense. It's hard to read gene names in the genemap part of the entropy panel.

The white gene names also seem to overflow into neighbouring names, causing some undesirable long-range interactions.

One solution could be to have a tooltip that shows gene information. This would be a great place to include extra gene information, like protein function etc, if we wanted to include it - I think this could be useful to help understand what's going on in a virus with a lot of genes.
