next-discovery is still in code

We have dropped "discovery" in the name but it still remains in different spots. In particular, the code-base on ec2 is in /usr/local/next-discovery

Its also in all the docker files

I dont know how changing this will affect currently running AMI's however...so let's be careful if we decide to change it.
