Make the message template/tree view viewable everywhere(at least for hl7)

It would be useful if the message template/tree view were available in more places, perhaps make it a popup.

For example if you were attempting to feed a message into a system but were having trouble it would be convenient to have the tree view of a message to make it easier to edit.

Why not also use this kind of view in the Message Browser?
