Problem solved today by maintainer. Latest [adguardhome_0.107.48-r1_aarch64_cortex-a53.ipk](https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/packages/aarch64_cortex-a53/packages/adguardhome_0.107.48-r1_aarch64_cortex-a53.ipk) apears to be available.
