Make the unpacked folder names Windows-friendly

In the original code, if a foobar.pfs.000 file exists, the program will try making a folder named foobar.pfs, which isn't allowed.

In my modification, we create a "foobar.pfs.000_unpacked" instead, which gets rid of that issue.
