Add SU2 Mesh Export

Currently, there is no open-source toolchain beyond Gmsh that can generate a SU2 mesh. Additionally, there is no conversion tool to convert between an Openfoam/SnappyHexMesh and S2 Mesh. This would be an incredibly helpful tool for SU2 users, and also for current Openfoam users who would like to compare results with a different solver.
