Idea for improvements from Training 27-29th September 2022

  1. Add dsl v1 section for explanation of poison pill. e.g. channel.view() vs println(channel), should run -dsl1 to the nextflow command so they can see the values and poison pill.
  2. "Maybe" use a biocontainer in the RNA-Seq script, so we show off the shelf plug in usage of containers. Potentially this is a nice explanation at this stage, other than a custom container.
  3. Inform participants of Gitpod hour usage, if below 15 hours, then request that they download the training material manually.
  4. Fix container to nextflow 22.09.7, so that new features are enabled. See PR114.
