split horizon for Windows GUI client

I use overrides to resolve my LAN domain names to local IPs using my local DNS server instead of the upstream NextDNS one(s).

Having split horizon configuration with overrides for e.g. local, non-TLD domains (like the CLI client has) would be a nice-to-have.
