Remove Energized as its not been updated or no longer maintained

Can the energized lists that have 0 objects or are no longer being maintained be removed?

No point in trying to get them to remove it. See https://github.com/nextdns/metadata/pull/1148#issuecomment-1335949992. NextDNS is barely being maintained anymore.
