While visiting 9to5Mac and checking my logs pxl.qccerttest.com caught my attention. It seems to be a pixel tracker based on a Google search. However it isn't blocked by any of the blocklists I use (including OISD, all the tracker blocklists, 1Hosts Pro and Energized Ultimate).

Edit: it is blocked by 1Hosts Xtra, which seems to be aggressive. However blocking that domain didn't seem to break anything
