False positive: learn.cisecurity.org
learn.cissecurity.org is a web site that hosts security benchmarks used by most organizations to achieve regulatory compliance. It's not a tracking site. Just a place to get security guidance.
learn.cisecurity.org is blocked, but it redirects to www.cisecurity.org which is not blocked. The benchmarks are now hosted at https://www.cisecurity.org/cis-benchmarks/, when you try to download a benchmark the form has the message:
"By submitting the form, I have reviewed the CIS Privacy Policy, which details the way in which CIS utilizes personal data, including the use of standard web beacons."
I presume the use of web beacons is what makes it the reason why it's on so many blocklists.
