Add fake news blocklist

Such lists have been suggested before and denied due to them being too political or not being security/privacy related. There are sites listed which are clearly independent news outlets and/or news outlets belonging to other nations. NextDNS should not be deciding what information people should be exposed to, that's called censorship.
