request: Add filter for folders

It would be great to have additionally a rule to filter for folders.

Example: All my phone photos get uploaded to a folder called PhonePhotos. I want to process them bot not any photos uploaded into any other folder. Of course I can add this into my script, but that is waste of resources.

Not in this app's scope, but is most likely to be implemented for 18 within work for https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/12790

This is sad, as most flows will result in work within folders
