Forecast is not using right timezones

Steps to reproduce

1. City Maitland, NSW, AU
2. Forecast times seem off, hottest at 3am etc
3. ?

Expected behaviour

Temps should match times

Actual behaviour

Temps are off, peak temperature is at 3am, perhaps it is using System time as if it were GMT?

Server configuration

Operating system: Centos7

Web server: Apache

Database: MySQL

PHP version: 7.4

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) 19.0.3

Where did you install Nextcloud from: nextcloud.org
