Send weather notifications to users. Maybe also by using the Weather Alerts API by OpenWeatherMap: http://openweathermap.org/triggers

Examples:

  • "Take a sunglass with you - it gets a sunny day in Stuttgart"
  • "Storm alert for Berlin"
