Make List of Cities sortable / sort them into country groups / own defined groups

After adding some german and international cities i was unable to sort them.

It would be nice to make them sortable e.g. countries, regions, etc. or even self defined groups.

I'd like it if we could sort other ways too. Alphabetically? Drag them to change order?

This does need sorting! Please?
