Upgrade from Nextcloud 29 to 30 fails with SQL permission error

Steps To Reproduce

Upgrade from 29.0.12 to 30.0.6 using update.sh

Expected Result

Upgrade completing

Actual Result

Exception: Database error when running migration 30000Date20240429122720 for app core An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[42501]: Insufficient privilege: 7 ERROR: permission denied for schema public LINE 1: CREATE TABLE oc_taskprocessing_tasks (id BIGSERIAL NOT NULL,... ^ Update failed Maintenance mode is kept active Resetting log level Sorry but something went wrong. This seems to be a permission issue with your DB, or some special plugin/app that aren't working as expected.

@small1 might be able to help you here.

This seems to be an odd thing. How old are the VM? It should not fail on a core migration

Can you post lsb_release -a ?

We can not reproduce this. If it still is an issue reopen the ticket
