[Bug]: Files - video playback downloads next 2 videos in folder

Bug description

When opening a video file in Files, the browser also downloads multiple other videos in the same folder.

This leads to very slow download/playback times (1/3 since 3 items being downloaded concurrently)

Steps to reproduce

1. open folder with multiple media/video items
2. open one of the video files
3. observe browser's network Dev Tools

Expected behavior

expect only one large video file to download, and to optimize for playback ASAP
